Returns & Exchanges

At Nailboo, we want you to love your manicure; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 5-10 business days.
